Toni Musalaev
Toni is a senior lawyer specialized in Immigration, Real Estate and Criminal Law. He is also a “service manager consulting” of the legal unit in Barcelona. He has studied Law and Master’s degree in Law at the University of Barcelona. In 2019 he has obtained a title as a specialist in Business Law, issued by the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB); and a specific degree in order to be able to represent the Clients before the Criminal Court. During this time, he has collaborated with different firms, before joining Talenom in 2022.
One of his main specialties is the legal advice for the purchase of real estate in Spain in favor of foreign clients, so that they can obtain the residence authorization for investors (commonly known as the Golden Visa).

Sara Tió
Sara is a self-directed and driven corporate lawyer with a comprehensive background leading M&A transactions, negotiations and sale contracted review to achieve goals and ensure success. Graduated in Law with a Master’s in Legal Practice, she has horned her skills at prestigious law firms such as Cuatrecasas and BakerMckenzie.
Sara is known as innovative thinker with strong legal background, highly organize, creative, problem-solver who love being part of challenging project in international environment, with hard-working, self-demanding and enthusiastic people. Throughout her professional journey, Sara has navigated complex international landscapes while representing diverse clientele. Beyond her legal prowess, she finds solace in adventurous pursuits, including climbing, scuba diving, and indulging in a refreshing run during her leisure time. With a professional, cheerful, and charismatic demeanor, Sara Tió embodies a dynamic blend of legal acumen and a zest for life's exciting challenges.

Dimon Bortnyk
Dimon studied Accounting and Finance at the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona and holds a master’s degree in financial management from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. He has more than 7 years of professional experience in financial management and international accounting functions. He is currently Financial Controller at Talenom and also continues to manage a portfolio of international clients, including tax, financial reporting in accordance with IFRS standards as well as financial advice on all financing and investment structures, and has worked on financial projects on economies of scale, such as artificial intelligence and disruptive technologies. He also has a strong background in auditing, which has enabled him to deal with the intricate challenges of group consolidation and the dynamics of intra-company transactions.
