Real estate investors have stopped buying homes and are now selling, according to a new report from Newsweek, which interviewed Reventure App CEO Nick Gerli. The report discussed how investor real estate purchases fell 50% from their pandemic peak across the U.S., and 65% in metros like Atlanta.
