Tyler Robinson had his first virtual court hearing following his arrest for the alleged murder of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk.
Prosecutors in Utah have announced they’ll charge the 22-year-old with the murder of Charlie Kirk and will be seeking the death penalty.
Utah’s Attorney-General Jeff Gray announced seven counts the accused shooter is facing, and they include: aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, two counts of obstruction of justice, two counts of witness tampering, and a count of commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child.
