What does a criminal defense attorney do when his client fails to show for his scheduled court dates? He reschedules. He fights to not have a warrant issued by the judge. He kisses the prosecutors you know what and begs for it to be reset. It's a crappy place to be because as a criminal defense lawyer I want to see my clients succeed. Sometimes all the hard work can go to crap because the client is not with the program.
