Back in October of 2013 I was unlawfully arrested by Deputy Brian Stoll of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office for filming a traffic stop. The charges of trespassing and resisting arrest were dropped before my first court date. I filed a civil rights lawsuit against Deputy Stoll and Sheriff Wayne Ivey. This is the highlights of the 2017 recorded deposition of Deputy Stoll. My attorney is Andrew Bonderud. I cannot discuss the results of this lawsuit but the outcome is a public record available to anyone who makes a public records request for it.
