On the run? Multiple criminal charges got you down?
If you have multiple charges pending, smartest thing to do is get a good lawyer who’s going to either beat them all or get you a package deal.
That way none of those offenses count as a prior and any punishment you may receive is to be served concurrent as opposed to consecutive.
Sounds easy? It’s not.
It requires a whole lot of effort, arguing, negotiating, and begging unfair prosecutors and Judges who are certainly not on your side but they do appreciate you clearing their calendar.
Be warned - if you go at it case by case, you significantly decrease your odds of winning and exponentially increase your chance of getting consecutive sentences.
