Sovereign citizens reject the authority of the government over them based on their own personal sovereignty, leading to frequent encounters with the criminal justice system. In this video, I debunk some of the most commonly held beliefs of sovereign citizens, such as the belief that a driver's license is not required, courts operate under admiralty law, and the distinction between a person's corporate self and their individual self. I also discuss the consequences of making these arguments in court.
