Eric Richins Met Divorce Attorney — Then Was Murdered Years Later: Lawyer

Christina Miller, a divorce attorney, testified on Wednesday about meeting with Eric Richins about a divorce. She recalled meeting with him in October 2020 and discussing what a divorce between him and his wife, Kouri, would look like. Miller said she referred him to an estate planner and never handled a divorce filing. Kouri Richins is currently on trial for his murder.
