Today, we have 3 hearings in a case with a couple where Mom keeps filing frivolous motions to complain
about the upsetting events that she causes with her own outrageous behaviour, all while trying to cause
trouble between Dad and the children so she can turn around and get Dad in trouble with the court.
Trouble is, the referee doesn’t believe much of what Mom says in court due to her previous lies during
their divorce, not to mention her behaviour in person has caused her to lose legal and physical custody
because she cannot stop acting out in ways that alarm the children.
She seems to want total control over their son’s cell phone and she claims she has no access to the
parental control apps on the one his Dad gave him so she gave her son a secret cell phone so she could
communicate with him after bedtime at Dad’s house. She also got herself banned from attending the
children’s extra-curricular activities by behaving badly at them and now she’s asking the court to lift that
restriction to allow her to resume her attendance.
Will the referee let her go to the children’s activities again?
Let’s find out...
