PINAC News rode along with FairDUI.org lawyer Warren Redlich who authored the now famous flyers which are meant to uphold a US Citizen's 4th and 5th Amendment rights at DUI checkpoints by declining all searches, remaining silent, and displaying one's driver's license to the police as required by law.
As you'll see, the Coral Gables Police Department thought otherwise, and arrested Warren, and his passenger, PINAC's Executive Director Grant Stern without any probable cause.
What happened next is a constitutional nightmare. The police totally searched the car, and made their best effort to arrest PINAC's Stern for no actual reason as he and Carlos Miller were forced to spend an hour begging the officers not to impound the PINAC-mobile.
