As prosecutors present more evidence in Alex Murdaugh’s family murder trial, the idea of the disgraced lawyer taking the stand to explain apparent inconsistencies in his timeline has surfaced. “It would be absolute suicide, if he did,” Ronnie Richter, a lawyer for the Satterfield family, said discussing the contradictions and thought of Murdaugh taking the stand.
