About the Program – Family Law Basics with San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, Inc.
This training is geared toward attorneys with little or no family law experience who are interested in learning more about family law issues such as divorce, child custody, and child support. Attorneys will learn the legal basics and how to advise clients on these issues in light of changes to the legal landscape due to COVID-19. The training will also include an overview of San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program’s Family Law Clinic and how attorneys can volunteer to assist indigent family law litigants.
