There's unfortunately not a lot of information out there about how to prepare for the patent bar exam. I had to blaze my own trail most of the time and determine through trial and error what worked best for me. I hope these tips help you! :)

Patent law fundamentally changed under the AIA, so do not use the old exams to study. They'll likely only make you confused.
