You see the people that go out without an attorney. Jail! The ones with an attorney, driving school.
Right, right. Jail, driving school, whatever it is. And that's also the case with, if you look at any practice or any area of law, is that if you're a criminal defendant, you're going to get a much higher sentence if you represent yourself versus getting a criminal defense lawyer.

There is some disconnect as to why people aren't readily contacting trial lawyers immediately after an accident and getting the advice.
