Past clients of Realtor Bob Gordon share their experience of working with Bob. Jackie Myrose, a college graduate from The University of Colorado at Boulder says, "It was my first house, I had just graduated from college, I really didn't have any credit and Bob was able to get me the perfect house." Jackie and I met through a CrossFit program. Lori Larson (standing next to the Christmas Tree) was referred to me by Emily Buck. She says, "Everything went smooth, I actually got to close early." I first met Stephanie Brudwick through Homes.com when I helped her buy her first condo in Powderhorn. After selling it a few years later for top dollar, she says of working with Realtor Bob Gordon, "The process was easy and it is over with and I couldn't be happier." I mentioned early on that Lori was referred to me by Emily. Here, Emily and her now husband Ben Williams talk about their first time home buying experience. Professional Realtor, had everything happen great, on time. Bob Gordon really did a great job for our buyer. Really on top of that listing agent for some items that were needed. Great contract, great everything. Alison O'Brien, mortgage lender adds, Bob was incredibly conscientious. Last year, I was able to help another of Ron and Paula Parker's children with a home purchase. Jon and Lauren and their little baby boy needed a place in a competitive market. Lauren says, "He was awesome, Bob definitely helped us find the house we were looking for." Josh and Stephanie Brudwick, after selling Stephanie's starter condo worked with me to purchase their dream home in Longmont Colorado. We found a wonderful two story with room to expand in the basement, vaulted ceilings and a remodeled kitchen. In Josh's words, "definitely made us feel very comfortable." Lindsay and Brodie Donaldson needed a bigger home for their growing family. And as Gen Xers, they each work from home and need extra space. We found a great house on a quiet cul-de-sac in Superior Rock Creek. These days their kids play with best friends in the neighborhood. Brodie says of working with Bob Gordon, "we had a great time searching for a house with Bob." Susan and Andy Tucker had a small house they wanted to sell that needed a great deal of work. Found the buyer, brought the entire transaction together. Andy, a longtime Boulder Valley School District employee says, "he went above and beyond in every way." Adam was going through a difficult relationship transition and needed to sell his home. He says, Bob "was very easy to work with and I would do it again." After they remodeled that, a few short years later they called and we made a competitive offer on their new home. I recall, their cell phones had no reception at the CU Boulder football stadium, so I ran over to get their signatures (CU won in a rout over Nichols State).
