@KameronMonet Kameron M. Buckner, Esq. is a licensed attorney, content creator, and social media strategist. Kameron graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, and then obtained her Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law. Right out of law school, Kameron became an Associate Attorney practicing Employment Litigation but Kameron was more than just your average lawyer.
For years Kameron has used social media to create content about fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, as well as female professionalism and career building. Kameron has built an engaging and organic audience with over 100,000 followers across her platforms @KameronMonet. For several years she has collaborated with various brands from Dove to Dyson to Ulta Beauty through influencer marketing.
Soon Kameron realized her social media expertise along with her license to practice law created the perfect combination to help aspiring “Lawyer Influencers,” and educate content creators about the power of contracts when signing brand deals. Cynthia David is an attorney at the firm's Orlando office and practices in the area of timeshare foreclosure. Cynthia received her Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude, through the honors program at Seton Hall University in 2007. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2011. As a law student, Cynthia participated on the Moot Court team and served as Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, Law Fraternity International. Cynthia served as a legal clerk for various law firms and participated in the Guardian Ad Litem clinic where she advocated for the best interests of children and their families.
Prior to joining MDK, Cynthia gained experience as a litigator and general counsel at a boutique law firm specializing in community association law. Cynthia’s civic involvement includes membership in the Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter National Bar Association, including a leadership role on the Executive Board from 2015-2017 as the organization’s secretary. *****************************************************************************************************
@artsesquire Christine Placide, Esq. is Intellectual Property In-House Counsel at Ontel Products Corporation. She specializes in trademark and copyright law, rights and clearances for marketing copy and television commercials, brand protection, international distribution agreements, FTC compliance, and licensing agreements. As a dancer and attorney, Christine proudly advocates for creatives, and she has served as a volunteer attorney at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, where she provides counsel to low-income members of the arts community.
Christine received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science-African Studies, Dance, and French from The Ohio State University. She graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law School in Central Islip, New York, in 2013 with a concentration in Entertainment Law. While at Touro Law School, she was the President and Editor-in-Chief of the Fashion Law Society, Vice President of the Entertainment Law Society, and Vice President of the Black Law Student Association. During her studies, she was awarded the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts Fellowship.
