The City of SeaTac is not unusual in the fact that many of the elected officials are controlled by outside groups, or in this case - essentially one outside crew. However, it is worth using the City of SeaTac as a case study in how outside groups are essentially able to co-opt a local elected body and control it for their own profit and purposes.
I always want to encourage people to look closer where you live and see who is running your local bureaucracy, political class, and taxing operations. Who gets the grants? Why do they get those grants, and where else does your tax payer dollars go? Follow the money, study the operation, and collect the information. It is worth knowing and exposing the truth.
