Day 33 – March 19, 2025 Ian Malatesta is a family law attorney who specializes in divorce. He is a rebuttal witness to the state's forensic accountant expert, Ms. Eversbacher. During her testimony, she did not account for alimony in a divorce vs. death scenario. Mr. Malatesta believes that the amount of the alimony would be significant and drastically decrease the difference in what Monica stood to gain by his death.
