Our client Terry got arrested in South Florida for DUI after blowing 2.5 times the legal limit on the Florida Breathalyzer Test. He did not feel impaired during the incident and felt as if his initial lawyer was doing a poor job representing him. He decided to look elsewhere for legal representation.

The investigation done against Terry had major holes in it. We found out that the police officer who pulled Terry over did not have a legal basis to do so. First, the police officer alleged that Terry did an illegal maneuver while making a turn. We showed that Terry's turn was not illegal according to Florida Traffic Law. Next, the officer alleged that Terry's window tints were illegally tinted. We hired an expert to evaluate Terry's tints and prove that they are within the legal limit.
These findings showed the errors that the police officer made during his investigation of our client, Terry. Also, the investigation was conducted in Margate, Florida, where law enforcement does not wear body cameras. This made it hard for the police officer to prove his allegations against our client.
As a result, we were able to win Terry's case and prevent him from being charged with a DUI and having that on his record. We had his charge reduced to reckless driving and made sure Terry got to keep his license and and his employment.
