Chicago patent attorney Rich Beem describes a letter written by Thomas A. Edison in regards to a patent from 1907.
A little more than 100 years ago, Edison wrote a letter to a company asking for a supply of ores and the new use he has for them. It's rumored that this letter was about working toward the invention of batteries. However, that is only one of about a thousand patents Edison held. Along with the letter, our firm also has a copy of a wooden still patent signed by James Madison, then President of the United States. Watch the video to learn more.
